Cross Country 2013

The 2013 Cross Country season is right around the corner.  Any athlete's who are interested in running cross country need to contact Coach Rauch at spanishfortxc@gmail.com

The best way to be successful in Cross Country is to participate in summer practice.  Practice will be held Monday- Friday at 6:30am starting on June 3.  Practice will last about 90 minutes and will be held from the track and field complex at the high school.

There are NO tryouts for the Cross Country team... everyone gets to race, just about every weekend.  Come out and help Spanish Fort carry on the tradition of being one of the top distance running programs in the state of Alabama!!

Things you need for Cross County:  Good running shoes, plenty of water and a good attitude.
