Schedules/Schedule Changes

  1. Student and parents must complete Schedule Change Request Form (attached above)
  2. Completed form may be left at registration site (counselor station) or returned to the front desk.
  3. If schedule change is approved, student will receive a new schedule on first day of school. If denied, student will follow original schedule issued at registration. Counselors will not contact students to discuss approval or denial of request.
  4. Due to the nature of the request, if necessary, the counselor will contact the student and/or parent.
