Allen Ayer, School Resource Officer

I worked for the Mobile Police Department 2010-2020. I was a Field Training Officer, served on the recruitment team, and was part of the specilized crime detail unit. I have been awarded the Chief's Unit Award, Physical Fitness Award, and Combat Shooter Awards. 

I joined the Spanish Fort Police Department in 2020. At SFPD I have become a ALICE instructor, SRO, and been awarded the physical agility award. 

I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym, hiking, fishing, camping and pretty much anything outdoors. I have two daughters who play softball.
